My forte is environmental portraits. I believe that photographing in the spaces and places in which the subject 'is' - where the subject creates, lives, acts, performs helps to express more fully the subject's personality and experience.
This also extends to live events where I am accomplished at capturing the intensity and essence of the performer(s). Much of my work has been documenting the local music scene as well as other creatives. From promo shots to the performances I've worked many of the top bands and local artists.
I've also been commissioned to do work for the Hallie Ford Museum, Normandy Guitars, appeared in JPG Magazine, & other publications.
It's about the encounter, the engagement; the relationship you have with your photographer goes a long way to create that singular image that you desire. You will be happy and satisfied. Plus, my mom swears I'm a great guy, and people like me.
